Furniture Layout Plan - starting at $500 per room, includes 2-3 layouts for your space with a furniture key listing the pieces and their measurements. 

CAD Elevations - starting at $700 per room, depending on size and scope. This includes elevations and drawings with dimensions to hand off to your contractor for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, custom bunk beds, and custom built-ins.

OCC accessories will arrive via UPS Ground Delivery. Order fulfillment will take up to a few business days. Once shipped, please expect 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
