HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? 

All orders containing 1- 2 items can be purchased directly on our website. If you would like to order three or more pieces, please email contact@shopoystercreekstudios.com to request a custom shipping quote. You cannot check out on our website with three or more furniture pieces in your cart.

ARE THERE ANY OYSTER CREEK COLLECTION PIECES IN STOCK? 

Yes, we do have some Oyster Creek Collection pieces in stock! Typically, all our OCC pieces are made to order, but if they are in stock, they will be listed in the In-Stock Items section.

WHAT DOES CUSTOMIZATION MEAN FOR CASE-GOOD PRODUCTS?   

Color: 

For an additional $200, you can pick your own high gloss paint color (it must be either Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore color). When selecting a color in the drop-down menu on the product page, select "Custom Color" and specify the name of the paint color you would like our team to use on your piece in the comment box at checkout.          

Size: 

The dimensions of any case good piece may be customized for an additional fee. Please email contact@shopoystercreekstudios.com for a quote. In your email, please provide the name of the piece, desired dimensions (length, width, depth, height, etc.), finish, and finish stain/color so an accurate quote can be generated. Please allow 2-5 business days for a response on custom orders.

Hardware: 

You may order a piece without hardware and provide hardware to Oyster Creek Collection or install hardware on the piece after delivery, but the item price will not change.  

Oyster Creek Studios and Oyster Creek Collection staff members cannot assist customers with sizing and color selection. This level of assistance is reserved for design clients and trade members.

WHAT DOES CUSTOMIZATION MEAN FOR UPHOLSTERY PRODUCTS?   

Fabric and Piping:

You can select your fabric and piping from Oyster Creek Collection's curated catalog of fabrics. The possibilities are endless, with lots of combinations to choose from! 

Stationary vs. Swivel:

You can pick between a stationary chair or a swivel chair for all Oyster Creek Collection chairs. If you ask our owner, Aryn, her favorite chair option, she will always say swivel!  

Size:

The dimensions of all upholstery pieces may NOT be customized. Oyster Creek Collection has thoughtfully designed all of the upholstery pieces to scale, so you don't need to change a thing! 

DO YOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM? 

Yes! Please complete our Trade Program Application and send a copy of your Sales Tax ID to contact@shopoystercreekstudios.com. Once both items have been received, your submission will be reviewed and responded to within 3-5 business days. All trade members will receive exclusive discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, and a dedicated point of contact for sales.  

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY PIECE WHEN I RECEIVE IT?  

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR PIECE IF IT IS DAMAGED AT DELIVERY. Contact Oyster Creek Collection immediately at (713) 389-5556 if your piece arrives damaged. Since all Oyster Creek Collection pieces are made to order, each piece is FINAL SALE (Including online accessories). No returns. Please double-check your order's dimensions, finish, fabric, and color selections before checking out.   

Oyster Creek Collection requires a signature at delivery to verify that your piece has been received in perfect condition. If there are any damages upon delivery, please do not accept delivery, and Oyster Creek Collection personnel will make sure these damages are repaired immediately. 

*Please note: By purchasing an OCC piece, the customer acknowledges that OCC is not responsible for any repairs or damages once the piece is installed in the customer's home or delivered to a receiver warehouse.

Suppose an OCC piece is being delivered to a receiver/warehouse. In that case, OCC is not responsible for any adjustments and/or damages after delivery that must be made from the warehouse to the destination. We suggest directly delivering to the installment area as our delivery company can adjust on-site. If any OCC piece needs to be adjusted and/or repaired after a move from a receiver/warehouse – this responsibility falls on the customer. Our delivery company will take documentation photos upon arrival at the receiver/warehouse, noting the piece is in original condition.

Our pieces are meant to be delivered to the home, as sitting in a warehouse for an extended time can cause defects. 

If the customer would like to hire Oyster Creek Collection's manufacturer to repair – OCC is happy to pass along the fee to the customer.

For cancellations, please email contact@shopoystercreekstudios.com within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. 

I DON'T LIVE IN TEXAS – CAN I STILL PURCHASE? 

Yes! Oyster Creek Collection ships to every state in the U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska.   

WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?

Oyster Creek Collection's dedicated delivery team will personally deliver your Oyster Creek Collection piece inside your home, assemble it (if required), place it exactly where you'd like it in your space, remove all trash, and make sure your piece is in perfect condition. Please ensure your piece can be delivered into your space by moving any existing furniture and double-checking the dimensions of stairwells, doorways, and hallways. 

CAN I BUY SAMPLES OF BURL WOOD OR FABRICS?

Yes! You can purchase all burl wood samples and fabric swatches directly on our website! Oyster Creek Collection does not sell paint swatches at this time. If you are interested in high gloss paint swatches, you can visit any Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore store to obtain samples. 

WHAT IS BURL WOOD? 

Burl is a tree growth in which the grain has grown in a unique manner. No burl wood piece is ever the same! Burl is commonly found in the form of a rounded outgrowth on a tree trunk or branch that is filled with small knots from dormant buds. Keep in mind that grain patterns will vary from piece to piece, adding to the uniqueness of the item.   

EXPLAIN MORE ABOUT YOUR HIGH GLOSS / LACQUER LINE.

We love lacquer for its effortless ability to cross between traditional and modern. It works on virtually any style of furniture—and in any decor. Just like any piece of furniture that is painted, scratching and nicking can occur if objects abruptly touch the product. Eating utensils, games, toys, and/or decorative objects such as planters, centerpieces, and trays can scratch your piece if items are not gently used. DO NOT place any hot object directly on your piece. Clean up spills on the surface immediately.  

WHEN WILL MY PIECE BE READY?  

All Oyster Creek Collection pieces are made to order by highly skilled craftsmen. Production lead times are currently estimated to be 12-16 weeks. Deliveries may range from 1-4 weeks from the date of furniture completion, depending on delivery location. Oyster Creek Collection does not offer a firm lead time on any item, but we will do everything we can to get your piece to you promptly. 

Delivery timeframes in the Houston and DFW areas are more frequent than in other locations due to the proximity of the manufacturer.

I NEED HELP PICKING OUT THE CORRECT SIZE OR CORRECT COLOR FOR MY SPACE! CAN YOU HELP? 

Yes, we will assist with selecting Oyster Creek Collection pieces ONLY. If you are interested in fully furnishing a room with OCC pieces or would like advice on the size, finish, and/or color of an OCC piece for your space, please email us at contact@shopoystecreekstudios.com, and we will be happy to help!

I DON'T SEE THE EXACT PIECE I WANT.. CAN I CUSTOM DESIGN MY OWN PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT IS NOT OFFERED? 

Yes, trade members can design custom case goods, but not upholstery pieces! Please email contact@shopoystercreekstudios.com and describe the piece that you envision. Please provide exact dimensions and sketches, if possible. Your design will be reviewed to ensure it fits our manufacturer and Oyster Creek Collection well. Unfortunately, Oyster Creek Collection is not appropriately staffed to handle orders for custom case goods from non-trade members.   

HOW CAN I PAY? 

Oyster Creek Collection accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  

Oyster Creek Collection does NOT accept cash, check, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay.  

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY OYSTER CREEK COLLECTION PIECE?

Oyster Creek Collection fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variation.     

For more specific information regarding fabric care, please review the section of the Care Guide, which applies to your particular fabric selection.  

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE FABRIC? 

The term "performance fabric" refers to any specialty fabric designed to withstand wear and tear while being simple to clean. The overall concept for performance fabric is longevity and simplicity. However, no fabric is 100% indestructible nor 100% stain resistant. Oyster Creek Studios strives to use performance fabrics throughout most design projects for clients.
