HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order online with payment due in full at the time of purchase. If you don’t see the piece you are looking for, please be sure to sign up on our mailing list on our website and also follow Oyster Creek Collection on Instagram as we will be launching new pieces in the future!
WHAT DOES CUSTOMIZATION MEAN?
All Oyster Creek Collection pieces are handcrafted by highly skilled artisans and craftsmen at our furniture manufacturer in Texas. Each item is made to order; therefore, we do not keep stock or inventory of our collection pieces. Pricing will vary by size and finish of piece.
For an additional $200, you can pick your own high-gloss paint color (must be either a Sherwin Williams or a Benjamin Moore color). When selecting a color in the drop-down menu on the product page, select “Custom Color” and specify in the comment box at check out the name of the paint color you would like our team to use on your piece.
For an additional fee, we can customize the size on any piece in our collection. Please email email@example.com for a quote. Please tell us the name of the piece, finish, and color so we can properly email you a quote. We will respond to custom quotes in 3-5 business days.
Can I order a piece without hardware and put my own hardware on the piece after delivery? Yes, but the price will not change.
At this time, Oyster Creek Studios and Oyster Creek Collection staff members cannot assist customers with picking out sizing and color. This assistance is only for design clients and trade members.
DO YOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM?
Please fill out our Design Trade form online. Once submitted, we will review your submission and get back to you within 3-5 business days. All trade members will receive exclusive discounts, tax exempt purchasing, burl wood swatches, and a dedicated point of contact for sales.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PIECE WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
Since each piece is made-to-order, all Oyster Creek Collection pieces are FINAL SALE. No returns. Please be sure to check the dimensions, color, and finish before checking out. For cancellations, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. We do require signature at delivery and this signature will verify that your piece has been received in perfect condition. If there are any damages upon delivery, please do not accept delivery and we will make sure these damages are fixed immediately.
I DON’T LIVE IN TEXAS – CAN I STILL PURCHASE?
Short answer is yes!
For 2 pieces or fewer, we offer white glove delivery for orders placed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana for a flat rate of $250. Our delivery team will deliver your item(s) into the home, place it in its desired location, and all packaging material will be removed.
For 3 or more pieces, please email email@example.com to receive a separate shipping quote and to process your payment.

WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?
Our team will personally deliver your Oyster Creek Collection piece inside your home, place it exactly where you'd like it in your space, remove all trash and make sure it is in perfect condition. Signature will be required at delivery.
I CAN’T DECIDE ON A BURL WOOD FINISH. DO YOU OFFER SAMPLE SWATCHES?

WHAT IS BURL WOOD?
Burl is a tree growth in which the grain has grown in a unique manner. Burl is commonly found in the form of a rounded outgrowth on a tree trunk or branch that is filled with small knots from dormant buds. Keep in mind that grain patterns will vary from piece to piece adding to the uniqueness of the item. No two pieces will look the same because of this.
WHAT IS HIGH GLOSS PAINT?
High gloss paint is the toughest, most durable, and most stain resistant of all paint finishes. High gloss paints also have the highest reflective appearance. Not only does high gloss function well and easy to clean, it’s our favorite finish on furniture.
I CAN’T WAIT! WHEN WILL MY PIECE BE READY?
At Oyster Creek Collection, we take pride in giving our clients the highest quality pieces and customer service from start to finish. Our commitment to quality requires an 22-25 week lead time on all furniture pieces. We do not offer a firm lead time on any item, but we will do everything we can to get your piece to you in a timely manner and always with the highest level of workmanship. Our goal is to always exceed your expectations!
I NEED HELP WITH PICKING OUT THE CORRECT SIZE OR CORRECT COLOR FOR MY SPACE! CAN YOU HELP?
We will not be assisting customers with personal selections for their space at home. This level of service is reserved for our interior design clients! WILL YOU BE OFFERING UPHOLSTERED PIECES OR ACCESSORIES?

I DON'T SEE THE EXACT PIECE I WANT.. CAN I CUSTOM DESIGN MY OWN PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT IS NOT OFFERED?
Design Trade Members - yes you can! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your piece. We need to make sure your design is a good fit for our manufacturer and Oyster Creek Collection. Unfortunately, at this time we are not appropriately staffed to handle customized orders from non-trade members.

We currently offer all Major Credit Cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Oyster Creek Collection does NOT accept cash, check, ACH, PAYPAL, VENMO, or APPLE PAY.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY OYSTER CREEK COLLECTION PIECE?
For both high gloss finishes and burl wood pieces, clean and dust with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. If spills occur, clean the spill with a damp cloth and be sure to dry the area completely after clean-up. We recommend avoiding the use of cleaners that contain chemicals that may tarnish or damage the finish. Always avoid placing hot items directly on the surface of your purchase.
