Shipping policy

Lead Time: Production and delivery typically take 8-12 weeks, with the total delivery timeframe potentially extending up to 16 weeks depending on your location. Deliveries are arranged according to the schedule provided by our third-party delivery partner. Delivery times in the Houston and DFW areas are more frequent due to the proximity to the manufacturer.

Oyster Creek Collection offers white glove delivery services across the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We recommend in-home delivery over delivery to a receiving warehouse, as our delivery team is specifically trained to assemble our furniture pieces. They will position your items in the desired location and remove all packaging materials.

OCC accessories & samples will arrive via UPS Ground Delivery. Order fulfillment will take up to a few business days. Once shipped, please expect 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
