TEIL DUNCAN

TEIL DUNCAN

Born and raised in Columbus, GA, I developed a love for art as far back as I can remember. I attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Art and then moved to Charleston, SC, to live and work as a full-time painter. I am now back in Georgia with my husband and three children. I am a follower of Jesus, and am so thankful to Him for
providing a job that I love!

Inspired by light, movement, surprising color combinations, social interaction, and pattern, my goal is to infuse these elements and form abstracted, pixilated compositions. No matter the subject, I strive to portray a balance of realism combined with loose abstraction, causing one to compliment the other. Over the years, I have sought new ways to display my work off the canvas. As of March 2024, I have expanded into the world of patterns, offering fabric by the yard, wallpaper, and grasscloth wall coverings. I’m excited for the new venture before me!
