Oyster Creek Concierge – CAD Design Services

Furniture Layout Plan - starting at $500 per room, includes 2-3 layouts for your space with a furniture key listing the pieces and their measurements. 

CAD Elevations - starting at $1,200 per room, depending on size and scope. This includes 2-3 options of elevations and drawings with dimensions to hand off to your contractor for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, custom bunk beds, and custom built-ins.

Once your purchase your package, your designated concierge designer will reach out to you to submit photos, dimensions, and inspiration to begin work on your project. Deliverables are expected in 2-3 weeks. 

Lead Times: In-stock pieces will be delivered as soon as our delivery team is in your area next. Deliveries are arranged according to the schedule provided by our third-party delivery partner. Delivery times in the Houston and DFW areas are more frequent due to the proximity to the manufacturer.

Oyster Creek Collection offers white glove delivery services across the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We recommend in-home delivery over delivery to a receiving warehouse, as our delivery team is specifically trained to assemble our furniture pieces. They will position your items in the desired location and remove all packaging materials.
